Aaron Clyde Livas was born on December 1st, 1962 to parents Marlene and Edward Livas in Tucson, Arizona. He attended elementary & high school at San Pasqual and completed his certification training as a carpenter in San Diego, CA. Aaron was employed by the Quechan- Tribe as a field Technician/Welder, worked as a farmer for ten years and worked in construction. He enjoyed working outside and fishing. When he had a chance he would travel to the mountains to hike. He also enjoyed cooking, drawing and helping others.Aaron is preceded in death by his aunt; Amy Belle Escalanti, his uncle; Roderick Escalanti and cousin; Bennett Yazzie. He is survived by his father; Edward Livas Sr. of Chandler,AZ. His mother; Marlene Livas of Winterhaven, CA. His brothers; Edward Livas Jr. and Eric Livas and his sister; Yvette (Johnny) Ramirez. He also leaves behind his life partner; Francis Bixler, his son; Aaron Livas Jr and daughter; Amanda Livas. Two grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be on April 4th, 2016 from 3pm to 4:30pm at Yuma Mortuary with the Tribal Rites Ceremony to follow on Fort Yma Indian Reservation. Burial services will be April 5th at 6am.
