Alysa Velazquez, 26, of West Palm Beach,FL  passed away on Saturday November 17, 2018. Alysa was born on January 09, 1992 in Hartford CT. Daughter to Roxine Quiles and Walther Velazquez. Her family was Alysa's passion and delight. Alysa is survived by her brothers Nicholas, Jonathan and her twin brother Matthew. She also leaves behind 2 beautiful children Mason and Marlene and numerous loving relatives and friends. Alysa also requested a small memorial.
