Amanda Marie Johnson was born in Baltimore Maryland at 7:09pm at St. Joe's Hospital. Amanda's parents are Yvonne E. Horne and Donald C. Johnson. She was the younger daughter and had a older sister named Shannon. 

Amanda began her formal education in Baltimore County public schools. In high school she skipped the 11th grade and was a senior at the age of 17. Then went to Community college of Baltimore County, where she got a A.A deree in General Studies. After graduating from CCBC, she went to Towson University were her major was Animal Behavior. The reason that she chose Animal Behavior was because she loved any animal. But, what she loved to do was to volunteer at the Baltimore Humane Society and help animals find their forever homes.

Throughout her life, she was very motivated to help reabilitate an animal's life so that they could find good forever homes.Amanda had finally found her purpose in life and found happiness in doing such. It was a challenge but she enjoyed the challenge becuase the result was worth it in the end. 

Some of Amanda's favorite things to do were: baking cookies, going on hikes with her dog Gracie, drawing, watching Disney movies and being with family. 

During her last days she had a converstation with her mother and father. She said to her mother and her father. I love you both so much. Amanda departed this life on Sunday, September 6th, 2020.

She leaves to mourn her memory: her mother Yvonne, her father Donald, sister Shannon and her family.
