Ameer Smith, born on March 9, 2005, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, passed away on January 16, 2025, at the age of 18. He is survived by his father, Christoper Smith, and his mother, Danielle Jackson.

Ameer was a bright young man who attended Mastery 3 high school and graduated in 4. He had a love for basketball and could often be found shooting hoops in his free time he loved placing parlays and going outside with his friends.

Tragically, Ameer's life was cut short when he was shot in the abdomen outside at 3am. Despite this senseless act of violence, Ameer will be remembered for his infectious smile, kind heart, and passion for the game he loved.

Ameer touched the lives of those around him and will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He was a very upstanding person if you needed a laugh you would go to him.
