Morgan, Betty J. 81, of Wichita, Kansas, passed away Friday, March 25, 2016, in Wichita. Betty was born on May 26, 1934 in Aurora, MO, the daughter of Howard and Rena Morgan. Betty and Jesse were united in marriage on May 31, 1953 in Carthage, MO. Together they celebrated 62 years marriage. Betty received a master's degree in accounting from Wichita State University and became a certified public accountant. Betty retired from the Internal Revenue Service in Wichita after working more than 25 years. She was a member of the Hillside Christian Church in Wichita. She was preceded in passing by her parents. Survivors include her loving husband, Jesse Morgan of Wichita; children, Neal (Connie) Morgan of Aurora, CO, Alan (Ann) Morgan of Tribune, KS, Stacey (John) Windholz of Bel Aire, KS, Jeffrey Morgan of Wichita; sister, Paulette Smith of Lamar, MO; 6 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 1-2 p.m. on Wednesday, March 30, 2016, with Funeral Services following at 2 p.m. both at Lakeview Funeral Home, 12100 E. 13th St. N., Wichita.
