We are deeply saddened by the passing of Billy Clark, Jr., who peacefully left this world on August 2, 2024 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 70.

Born on December 12, 1953, Billy was the beloved son of Bill and Obelene Clark. In 2011, Billy married the love of his life, Kathy Clark. Billy was a beloved father to four children Stephanie Clark-Moses of Okemah, Sandy Waller of Noble, Billy Clark III of Shawnee. Sister Sharon Worley of Okemah and brother Roger Clark of Okemah. Billy was also a proud grandfather to eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Preceding him in death was, his father and mother Bill and Obelene Clark and son Andrew Clark

Billy worked in the oilfield industry and was a dedicated employee who took pride in his work. In his free time, he enjoyed being a devoted OU Sooners fan and cheering on his favorite team.

Billy will be remembered for his kindness, humor, hard work, love for his family, and his unwavering support for his beloved OU Sooners. He was a devoted member of the Empowered Pentecostal Church. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Services will be held on Wednesday, August 7, 2024 at the Empowered Church at 601 E State Hwy 152 in Mustang, Oklahoma at 1:00 PM. Flowers may be delivered to the church on Wednesday morning.
