Catherene Ervin of West Oakland, California, passed away on November 14, 2025, at the age of 59.

She was born on December 26, 1965, to her loving mother Shirley Allen.

Catherene is survived by her partner, Solomon Knox Jr.,

Her Husband Carl D Ervin and their five children: Devilla S Ervin, Catherene S Ervin, Devon S Ervin, Cathleen S Ervin, and Carlene S Ervin, as well as four grandchildren.

Throughout her life, Catherene had a passion for Doing Hair, Arts and Crafts, and Drawing.

She faced many challenges in life, but always approached them with strength and a smile.

Catherene fought a valiant battle with ovarian cancer, showing incredible bravery until the very end.

She will be remembered for her warm heart, infectious laughter, and unwavering love for her family.

Catherene Ervin will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
