BLACKCharles Frank Black, 96 of Constance, Ky, passed away peacefully on April 11, 2017. Charlie was born on November 7, 1920. Charlie served his country as part of the United States Army during WWII. He worked for many years as a machinest. He was a member of the Mt. Healthy Masonic Lodge. In retirement, Charlie enjoyed boating and spending time with his family. He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Ellen Black, children; Sherry F. Artman, and Gregory C. Black, daughter-in-law, Norma Jean Black, 10 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and 3 great- great grandchildren (with 3 on the way!). Charlie was preceded in death by his eldest son, James A. Black, and his son-in-law; Don G. Artman. Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 15, 2017 from 1-2 pm at the Cedars of Lebanon Chapel at Spring Grove Cemetery. Funeral services will begin at 2 pm with entombment following. Memorial donations in Charlie's memory can be made to Constance Christian Church of the Brethren.
