A Celebration of Life

Charles Dickson, age 87, of West Portsmouth, Ohio, passed away on December 1, 2024. He was born on January 3, 1937, to parents Arthur C Dickson and Bessie Kelly.

Charles is survived by his partner, Pansey J Mullen, and their two children, Tracey Michelle Hall (spouse Les Hall) and Jennifer Hammond. He is also survived by two grandchildren Aaron Wesley Hall and Ty Ethan Hall.

Charles attended Portsmouth West High School and went on to work at George Igel Construction Company, where he dedicated many years of hard work before retiring in 2010.

Charles will be remembered for his hard work, dedication to his family, and his kind heart. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
