Charlotte Ochoa, a beloved member of the El Paso community, passed away on November 6, 2024, at the age of 39. Born on December 2, 1984, Charlotte was known for her infectious laughter, kind heart, and unwavering strength. She touched the lives of all who knew her with her compassion and generosity. Charlotte was a shining light in the lives of many, and her memory will forever be cherished by those who were lucky enough to have known her. She will be deeply missed, but her spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those who loved her. She is survived by her mother Gloria and sisters Dorothy and Ofelia and Elizabeth and Tina and her brothers Norbert and Michael Angelo and her husband Anthony and children Elsa and Julie and Savannah and her sons Victor Lorenzo and Victor Roman she was suffering with lung disease she is known as a professional landscaper driving a truck and traitor always put a smile on her face she will be missed by those who knew you she was loved by so many people she will be remembered forever
