Constance "Connie" Margaret Elliott, age 73, of Mt. Pleasant, formerly from Wyandotte and East Tawas/Tawas City, passed away Sunday, Sept. 11, 2016, at the MediLodge of Mt. Pleasant.A small memorial gathering for Connie will be held at MediLodge, 1524 Portabella Trail, Mt. Pleasant, on Saturday, Oct. 1, at 3 p.m. with Rev. Michael Meakin officiating. The family will receive friends the day of the gathering between 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the family. Envelopes will be available at Clark Family Funeral Chapel or MediLodge. Connie was born on Oct. 2, 1942 in Wyandotte, the daughter of Glenn and Margaret (Carson) MacGeorge. She graduated from Roosevelt High School, Class of 1960. In 1965 she married her first husband and had two daughters. In 1975, she married John Philip and later moved to Oscoda. In 1984, after moving to Tawas City, Connie worked as a secretary for both the Iosco Transportation Corporation, and then the Iosco Historical Society. She loved NASCAR and trivia game shows. She enjoyed listening to music, scrapbooking and working on arts and crafts.Connie is survived by her daughters, Michelle (Darwin) Bain of Mt. Pleasant and Holly McKelvey of Taylor; mother, Margaret MacGeorge; her sister, Cecile (Dennis) Path, their daughter, Jennifer (Path) Flowers; and brother, Glenn (Pat) MacGeorge, their son, Eric MacGeorge.Connie was preceded in death by her second husband, John P.
