Heineck, Earl H.Earl H. Heineck, age 83, of Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin, passed away Saturday July 8, 2017 at Aspirus Riverview Hospital in Wisconsin Rapids.Funeral services for Earl will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Wisconsin Rapids. The family will greet relatives and friends on Tuesday, July 11, 2017 from 4:00 - 7:00 PM at Ritchay Funeral Home in Wisconsin Rapids and again Wednesday morning from 10:00 - 11:00 AM at the church. Burial will take place at Calvary Cemetery in Wisconsin Rapids. Earl was born on November 11, 1933 in Wisconsin Rapids to Walter and Mary (Stellmach) Heineck. He married Catherine Fritsche on September 8, 1956 at Saints Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Wisconsin Rapids, WI. Earl was employed at the Wisconsin Rapids Daily Tribune for 18 years and then spent 18 years at Consolidated Papers Inc retiring in March 1994. Earl served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War from January 9, 1952 until December 30, 1955. Earl enjoyed fishing, gardening, playing cards and going to the casino. Earl is survived by his wife., Katherine; three sons, Dale (Renee) Heineck of Wisconsin Rapids, WI, David (Kathleen) Heineck of Port Edwards, WI and Daniel (Jessica) Heineck of Tok, Alaska; one daughter, Nancy (Rod) Marti of Wisconsin Rapids, WI; 3 grandchildren, 5 step-grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and 3 step-great grandchildren; three brothers, Wilb Heineck of Wisconsin Rapids, WI, Lawrence (June) Heineck of Wisconsin Rapids, WI and Jerry Heineck of Wisconsin Rapids, WI; and one sister, Jane Doan of Green Bay, WI.Earl was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Warren Heineck and infant sister, Mary.
