Edwin "Ed" J. Cook90, of McCordsville, IN, passed away on July 4, 2017. He was born on April 19, 1927 in Greencastle, IN to the late Homer and Martha Lucille Cook. Ed was a graduate of Reelsville High School. He served in the Army from 1945 to 1946, and received the rank of Corporal. Ed was a member of the Little Zion United Baptist Church.Edwin is survived by his: wife, Alma Cook; children, Paul (Sonnie) Cook, Greg (Sandra) Cook, Jill Cook, and Donna Cook; step-children, Connie Daniels, Michael Daniels, and Darryl (Jennifer) Daniels; 10 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his: wife, Patricia Colene Cook; son, Robert Cook; along with parents.Funeral service will be 1 p.m. on Saturday, July 8, 2017 at Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services - Lawrence, 5215 N. Shadeland Avenue, with visitation from 11 a.m. until the time of service.
