Harris Allen, 71, passed on January 19, 2021. He was born to Lorenzo Allen and Estell Allen in Saint Thomas, Saint Thomas Island on January 01, 1950.

He married Ruth Allen in 1986 and they lived together in Saint Thomas, Saint Thomas Island. Together they raised 3 children LeNish Allen (LeNelle Allen), Shamrock Allen, . He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.

Harris graduated from West End High School in 1968.

Harris worked at Owner of Allen Construction and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people.

Funeral Arrangements will be by Turnbull Funeral Home. 1st Viewing will be on February 12,2021. 2nd Viewing and services will be held at Methodist Church Market Square on Saint Thomas, Virgin Islands. Burial will be held at Smith Bat Cemetery #4. Family requests pastel colors for the funeral attire.
