Bell, Helen Delores Helen Delores Bell 60 of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on March 16, 2017. Helen was born on August 21, 1956 in Cheverly, MD, to James Ross and Diane Chisley. She grew up in a loving family with three sisters, two brothers and one step-brother. Helen was educated in the public school system in Maryland. After graduating high school, Helen worked for Hughes Aircraft Industries and attended college part-time to prepare herself for a successful career as an executive legal secretary. She worked at several different law firms throughout her career, beginning in Columbia, SC and several law firms in Phoenix, including her final work years with Squire Patton Boggs Law Firm. Helen was a devoted Christian, an ordained minister, and a faithful member of Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church under the leadership of Bishop Alexis Thomas. Helen had a charitable heart and did volunteer work with . Helen & Abe were joined together in matrimony on September 10, 2011 after which they enjoyed a short, but fulfilling life of domestic and international travels. Helen leaves behind her husband, Abraham (Abe) Cameron of Phoenix, AZ; her daughters, Tashika Jackson-Stennett and her husband Dion of Baltimore, MD; Tamarin Bell-Joy and her husband Dane of Phoenix, AZ; her son, Ernest Bell of Phoenix, AZ; step sons, Sean McDonald of Los Angeles, CA and Anthony Cameron of Phoenix, AZ; a step-daughter, Angela Harrington and her husband Anthony of Phoenix, AZ; fourteen grandchildren; and, her mother Diane Edge and step-father Ernest of Phoenix, AZ. Helen is also survived by her sister, Vivian Chisley of District Heights, MD; her brother, Don Chisley and his wife Joanne of Washington, DC; step-brother Earl Ross of Capitol Heights, MD; step-mother-in-law, Elizabeth Cameron of Lake City, SC; two sister-in-laws, Libby Chisley of Staunton, VA and Mary Cameron of Queens, NY; three brother-in-laws, Paul Dodson of Phoenix, AZ, Harry Cameron and Daniel English Jr., both of Myrtle Beach, SC; and, numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father James Ross; two sisters, Sylvia Dodson and Donna Chisley; and a brother, James Chisley. Life Celebration Schedule: Services will be held on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church, 1401 E. Jefferson St., Phoenix, AZ with Viewing beginning at 11am and Service immediately following at 12noon. Final Arrangements entrusted to EastLake Mortuary.
