The Honorable William F. Moreno 85 of Salinas passed away Friday, Sept 25, 2015. He was born March 12, 1930 in Melrose Park, Illinois.

Judge Moreno serviced the Court of Monterey County for 20 yrs. After his retirement he served as an assigned judge for 15 years. Bill was a member of the California Judge Association and served as a faculty member of the 1989 
California Judicial Education and Research Judge College.

Judge Bill made time to work with several community organizations such as St. Vincent De Paul, Sun Street Center, Door to Hope and Christians in Commerce. 

He is survived by his wife Bette of 67 years, his sons Ed-Dee, Mike-Araceli, Phillip, Christopher and his daughter Mary Hart- David, daughter in law Michelle.
