James Harvey Thomas traded this life peacefully on February 28, 2018, after a gradual decline in health, for everlasting life with our Heavenly Father.

Born in the grace of a beautiful loving mother, Emma Thomas, who still survives and father, Robert Thomas is also preceded in death. James Leaves behind 2 beautiful children to cherish his memories, of which are two sons, John Nichols and Lamar Wise. He leaves behind a speacial woman who held close to his heart knowing his battle with health they planned to be married, but his struggle with health took him beforehand. Also a good friend, Sharon. A special brother, Mack and a special nephew, Tahj, aong with a host of nieces nephews, and friends.

A graduate of John Hay Cleveland, Ohio, he went on to a higher education attending Kent State College where he eventually branched off and started his work career as a masonry and moved to Cincinnati to start a life with Shirley Wise mother of Lamar Wise. James was the most fun loving guy ever, with a smile that lit up a room! He was very much a God fearing man who spoke royalty of his Lord and Savior, belonging to Ebenezer Church where he devoted himself to Christ. Let’s shed light on one of James.
