NEFF James Jim R. Neff, passed away on November 20, 2016. He was born on May 29, 1943 in Flora, IL, the son of the late Ralph W. Neff and Martha Neff Dunaway. Jim is predeceased by his parents; wife, Jill S. Neff, and brother, Bob Neff. Jim is survived by his partner, Sylvia Sapp; son, Brett W. Neff; daughter, Karla Richter; grandchildren, Jimmy Neff, Jacob Neff, Kelsey Hokett, Courtney Smith, Amanda Long, and Jenna Long; great grandchildren, Zek Hokett, Emma Hokett, and Gunner Smith; sisters, Ella Burgess and Nancy Speidel.
