INVERNESS, Fla. — John Freeman Roush of Inverness, Florida, passed away Sunday, October 30, 2016.

"Jack" was born on September 10, 1937 in Mason, West Virginia to the late Lois (Bush) (Roush) Robinson and Freeman Roush.

He is survived by his wife Shirley (Lyons) Roush and his daughters Cathy (Roush)Schaefer, and Dianna (Roush) Roclevitch. Jack was preceded in death by his son Jeffrey Scot Roush. He is also survived by brothers Nathan and William Roush of Mt. Sterling, Ky.

Jack grew up an outdoorsman, spending much time hunting and fishing as well as gardening, and he enjoyed a whiskey at the end of his day. He was a beloved husband and father, and he will be terribly missed. A graveside memorial will be held at a later date at Graham Cemetery in West Virginia.
