It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Johnny Ford on September 3, 2025. He was born on March 5, 1954, in Haiti, El Seíbo, Dominican Republic to his loving parents Marta and Peter Ford.

Johnny leaves behind a legacy of love and dedication to his family. He is survived by his three children, Latonya Hall, Johnny John Ford Jr, and Peter Ford, as well as five adoring grandchildren. He was a devoted father and grandfather, always putting his family first.

Johnny attended Ecole Jean Marie Guilloux high school and graduated in 1983, showcasing his commitment to education and self-improvement. He went on to have a successful career at General Motors, where he worked diligently until his retirement in 2003.

Outside of work, Johnny had a passion for fishing and hunting. He loved spending time in nature, enjoying the peace and tranquility it brought him. His love for the outdoors was evident to all who knew him, and his stories of fishing trips and hunting excursions will be cherished memories for his loved ones.

Johnny Ford was a beloved father, grandfather, and friend. He will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. May he rest in peace, surrounded by the beauty of the natural world he held so dear.
