Joyce Ellen Warren was born on August 2, 1942, in Aberdeen, Washington, to Earl Clayton Foster and Marie Beck (Foster) Allen. She would spend the rest of her life on the Olympic Peninsula. Joyce attended Forks High School, and on August 15, 1959, she married the love of her life, Ralph G. Warren, in Forks. They were married 57 years.Joyce's main occupation in life was being a loving wife and devoted mother and sister. Most of all, Joyce loved spending time with her family with Sunday family dinners, family campouts, barbecues and picnics at the beach and lake. Joyce loved basket-weaving, looking for agates and sea glass. She loved gardening and growing the most beautiful flowers.Joyce had a great smile and laugh, as well as a fun sense of humor. Joyce did things on her own terms: with passion, mischievousness and style. She will live on in the hearts of those who loved her. Joyce left us the legacy of love, commitment and devotion to family. Joyce is survived by her husband, Ralph; daughters Laura (Jim) Decker, Shelly (John) Warren and Kristi (Bill) Decker. She is also survived by her sisters, Jackie Lothan and Jody Keller; brother James (Haruko) Foster; grandchildren Brianne Decker, Brittany (Matt) Hagen, Braden Decker, Hannah Decker and Luke Decker; and great-grandchild Jace Decker.
