Kline, JoyceJoyce Kline, 91, Allouez, passed away on Wednesday, February 8, 2017. Joyce was born on September 18, 1925, in Green Bay to the late Emil and Mildred (Bader) Priewe. Joyce graduated from Green Bay East High School in 1943. At the age of 18 she was the first woman to solo from Leatherby Airport in east Green Bay. Joyce married Ken Kline, her high school sweetheart and next door neighbor, after he returned from WWII, on December 20, 1947. She was employed as a secretary for several companies before ending her career at Faith Lutheran Church at the age of 89 ½. Joyce and Ken, with their family, enjoyed 14 years of wonderful memories at the boy scout camp in Wautoma. God was always the center of Joyce's life. He was her strength and help through both the best of times and the difficult ones. She was always thankful for every blessing. Joyce enjoyed bowling until she was 85 and her favorite game was Yahtzee! Joyce will be deeply missed by her children, David Kline, Judy (Larry) Delemater and Carrie Kline; 8 grandchildren, Leni, Ryan, Sara, Stacy, Laura, Rachel, Jaci and Sam; 8 great-grandchildren; sister, Dorothy Fedynich; special friend, Kathy Varnell; and many other family and friends.In addition to her parents Joyce was preceded in death by her husband, Ken; sister, Carol (Ise) Kwaterski; brother-in-law, Paul Fedynich; and special friend Marlene Ness.Visitation will be at Faith Lutheran Church, 2335 S. Webster Ave., from 9:00 a.m. until the time of Funeral Service on Saturday, February 11, 2017. Funeral Service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday at Church with Rev. Joshua Errer officiating.
