A Ray of Darkness in the Bright Light of This World
KeTonya Kelanda "KeKe" Robinson was born September 26, 1993 in East Las Vegas, Nevada to Kirk Alexander Robinson and Yazzanni Erin Robinson. KeTonya departed this life on Saturday, January 4, 2020 at the age of 26 years.
Though KeTonya's academic experience was incomplete, she was a proud member of the Samarian Publishing Company's Executive Staff, having served some seven years as Marketing Director, and her remaining months as Executive Vice President.
KeTonya was warm and friendly, silly and sad, often using her lightning wit to disarm those who dared to encounter her. She was an avid reader and a student of human behavior. It can be said by all who knew her that she was generous with a smile that was contagious and inviting. She enjoyed life, but suffered from depression and post-traumatic stress disorder since she was a child survivor or molestation and rape.
KeTonya was a very generous person with a free spirit, unafraid to be herself and embrace truth as she understood it. She departed this life leaving fond memories to cherish by her adopted father and mentor Demetric "Breeze" Canada; her dearest friend Shaisa Lewis; and her legions of Facebook friends, followers and fans, including a very special friend Carol McKnight-Williams.
KeTonya was preceded in death by her parents Kirk Robinson and Yazzanni Robinson.
