White, 64, of Folkstone Court, Mishawaka, Indiana, passed away at Hospice House, South Bend, Indiana on Thursday, December 8th, 2016, following an illness. He was born on January 26th, 1952 to Grady and Mable (Ezekiel) White Sr. who preceded him in death along with a grandson, Beaux Detwiler. On May 16th, 1998, he married the former Patti (Rink) Evans in South Bend, Indiana. She survives with six children: Jesse (Amy) White, Tracy (Katharine) White, Ariel (James) Detwiler, Sylvia White, Julie Evans and Jason (Katrina) Evans. Three brothers, Grady ( Carol ) White Jr. along with Don and Ron White. Also surviving are his grandchildren: Emma White, William White, Ayden Detwiler, Gavin Detwiler, Maggy Detwiler, Danae Evans, Ryan Evans, Noah Hurlbut, Jonny Dycus, Jason Evans II, Chris Evans and Rebekah Evans. Also surviving is a great Granddaughter, Aubrie Streeter. Larry was involved in many jobs in his life, he was employed at Dodge Manufacturing in Mishawaka, he delivered R.V.'s , he worked at the Elkhart Humane Society and retired from the St. Joseph County Probate Court. He fought hard with a variety of illnesses, from Cancer, Diabetes along with several Heart issues. He loved Alabama Football, John Wayne Movies and old Country Music. He had an incredible sense of humor. Funeral services will be held at 6:00pm on Monday, December 12th at Bubb Funeral Chapel, 3910 North Main Street, Mishawaka, Indiana, where friends will be received from 2:00pm until the time of the services at 6:00pm on Monday. Burial will follow at a later date at Fairview Cemetery, Mishawaka. The family wishes memorial contributions to be made to the Bubb Funeral Chapel to help offset the funeral expenses in lieu of flowers.
