She was born on December 13, 1937 in Depew, NY, the daughter of the late Edward and late Martha (Szczublewski) Hess; beloved wife of Joseph F. Kozlowski; dearest mother of Kelly (nee Stevens) (Frank) Kelly, David (Kristin) Kozlowski and Scott (Karen) Kozlowski; loving grandmother of Daniel Kelly, Justen (Emma) Kozlowski, Ryan and Annika Kozlowski, Candace (Chris) Ryan and Ashley Kozlowski; loving great-grandmother of Alistair; dearest sister of Ronald (Cheryl) Hess and the late Irene (John) Rozniak; also survived by nieces. Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass on Saturday, November 5, 2016 at 10 AM at the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church, Clarence, NY.
