Bowman, Lula,82, of Louisville, went to her Heavenly Father on Wednesday, March 29, 2017, while at Forest Springs Healthcare. Lula was born on March 19, 1935 to the late Jodie and Lillian Ralston. Lula was a 1953 graduate of Central H.S.; she retired from General Electric, was a member of Watson Memorial Baptist Church and was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Her husband of 50 years, James L. Bowman Sr. has preceded her in death. She leaves to cherish her loving memory her sons, James L. Jr., and Sean and David (Karin) Bowman; granddaughters, Cheryl, Jannine, Dana and Katelyn; along with 7 great-grandchildren.The visitation will take place on Saturday, April 1, 2017 from 9-12pm at Watson Memorial Baptist Church, 7217 Nachand Lane, the service will start at 12pm.
