FORT WAYNE — Mark A. Montoya, 47, of Fort Wayne, passed away October 1, 2015. He was born on January 22, 1968, in Las Vegas, New Mexico to Marcos Montoya and Isabel Antencio. He retired from B.F. Goodrich. He was a former Butler firefighter, former member of the Butler Eagles, former umpire for Three Rivers, and former coach at Hamilton Park. Mr. Montoya married Cynthia L. Ott on August 14, 1990. He is survived by: his wife, Cyndi Montoya; his mother, Isabel Antencio; a son, Nicholas Purvis; three daughters, Kaylee Montoya, Sierra Montoya and Selena Montoya; and a grandson, Riley Shaw. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at Johnson Funeral Home, Hudson, with Pastor Brad Miller officiating.
