Clarice was known for her witty and fun loving personality, she didn't know a stranger. She loved music, dancing and playing with children.Clarice is preceded in death by her parents and sister Barbara Charlene Williams. She is survived by her son, Thomas Canum, Jr. of North Dakota and daughter Staci Price of Tulare; grandchildren: Gwendylan Dena Canum, Thomas Canum III, Bryan Canum, Andrew Canum, Mason Price, David Reed, Kasandra Price, & Claighton Price; great-grandchildren; Anthony Rosseau, Alexander Leinhard, Ayden Price, Laila Sanchez, Miles Sanchez, Serenity Luna as well as nieces and nephews.There will be a Graveside Service at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, June 30, 2017 at Tulare District Cemetery, 900 E.
