Michael Shareem Green entered this life on September 2, 1941 in New York, New York to late Willa Green and late Shareem Joe Green. Michael was called home on December 25,2018 at Newark Beth Isreal.

Michael as he was so affectionately know to his family and friends. If you had the pleasure of knowing Michael personally, you knew he was a genuine, kind hearted, funny man who loved his family. He would do anything he could to help whether he had it or not. He was a rock not only for his childern but his entrie family.

Michael was educated in the Newark Public School systems and graduated from West High School. He also attended Essex County College and Rutgers University where he received his Bachelors and Masters Degrees. Michael worked on Wall Street at the Fedral Reserve Bank for many years. He also worked for Newark Public Schools systems until he retired.

Michael was preceded in death by both parents, Willa Green and Shareen Green,his wife Maureen Hazel Green'Davis, his sister, Sky Green, and both brothers, and his grandsons Talib Davis Jr, Zakie Brown, Al-ariq Davis, and Ibn Williams.

Michael leaves behind to cherish his memories, his step-son, Dorian Davis; two step-daughters, Lorraine Davis and Denise Cain; two sons-in-law. Bryan Eggleston and Michael Cain; thirteen grandchildern; seven great-grandchildern; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Michael's big beautiful spirit will be gratly missed, the dancing, laughter and joy he brought to all his family and friends.
