Molly Grojean Johnston1970-2016Molly Elizabeth Grojean passed away at 4:30 am on December the 9th. She was born on December 26th in 1970. Molly was a bright and shining star in God's eye. She had the ability to stand out in any crowd and attract the attention of all those who saw her. As a child, Molly made friends faster than anyone. Her father used to say "Every day when I would come home from work Molly would be dragging a new child up to me" saying "Look Daddy this little girl is my newest, bestest friend" This trait would continue throughout her life. Even while in the hospital, Molly continued to make new friends with the nurses in the ICU ward. Molly was a very easy person to love. Her hobbies as a little girl were animals, animals and more animals. Any animal would be included whether it was a horse, dog, cat, gerbil or mouse. Molly wanted the animals to be her best friend too. Hardly a day passed when Molly would not come home with a new dog or cat and ask her mother "he followed me home mama can we keep him?" The gerbils and mice were usually gifts from her father just to get her mother's goat because she was terrified of them. Molly always wanted to go new places and see new things. She moved to Chicago for a few years after high school and stayed for a time. Molly's love of animals persuaded her to pursue her dream of becoming a veterinarian. She moved back home to stay with her Grandmother so it would be more affordable to go to school. It was during this time that she met and fell madly in love with the man who would have been her husband, David.Molly had her share of frogs to kiss but in the last part of her life she had truly found her prince. A man who bears the burden of knowing true love only to lose it long, long before it was time. They shared close to nine wonderful years together. They travelled the globe and Molly was given the chance to see so many beautiful places and met so many new and wonderful friends. David took her to China, Paris, Italy, attended a presidential inauguration and a Christmas party at the White House and had the chance to meet many government officials from both sides of the aisle. David made Molly into the Princess she had always wanted to be. Molly's best friend was her brother Kelly. His life will never be the same without her nor will anyone who truly knew her. She had the ability to light up the world with her smile and warm you with the love in her heart. Molly is preceded into Heaven by her grandfather Ralph Louis Walker. She was his first grandchild. As a child Molly loved the Wizard of Oz. Some believe the streets of Heaven are paved with gold. Now Molly will finally have her wish to walk down a yellow brick road. She is survived by fiancé David Siverling, grandmother Barbara Joann Walker, mother Carla Jo Jennings, father Kelly Grojean Sr., brother Kelly Grojean Jr, sister-in-law Mamie Suzanne Grojean and niece Grace Suzanne Grojean as well as more aunts', uncles, and cousins than you can count.A memorial service will be held at 2 pm Atascocita Pentecostal Church 3448 Atascocita Road, Atascocita, Texas on December 17, 2016. A private interment will be held Monday December 19th at Glenwood Cemetary.
