Luedtke, Myrtle E.Myrtle E. Luedtke, age 95 of Kewaunee passed away on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at Atrium Post Acute Care of Kewaunee. She was born on September 19, 1921 in the Town of Montpelier to Henry and Margaret (Siegmund) Kudick Sr.On May 20, 1939 she married Glenway W. Luedtke at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in the Town of Montpelier. Together they farmed for many years in the Town of Carlton. After leaving the farm and moving to Kewaunee, she was employed at Leyse Aluminum Co. until her retirement.While on the farm they were members of St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Krok. When moving to Kewaunee they became a Member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Kewaunee and a member of Immanuel Lutheran Ladies Aid.Survivors include four children: Carol Jacquart, Sturgeon Bay; Roger (Janice) Luedtke, Junction City; Linda (Roger) Neuzil, Algoma; Lou (Raymond) Easton, Holmen; eleven grandchildren: Kevin (Daisy) Haegele, AZ; Kandace Haegele, Luxemburg; Kim Haegele, Forestville; Kathy Taylor, Junction City; Julie (Eric) Fischer, Eau Claire; Sheila (Mark) Butzow, Janesville; Karla Neuzil, Green Bay; Paula (Darren) Hickman, Arizona; Maurice (Nicole) Neuzil, Algoma; Kyle Easton, Trempealeau; Shane Easton, Trempealeau. She is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren; sister: Ruth (Elmer) Prodell; sister: LaVerne Koehler; brother: Orville Kudick; sister-in-law: Helen Kudick. She was preceded in death by an infant daughter: Sharon; her husband: Glenway; her parents; her parents-in-law: Fred and Albertina Luedtke; son-in-law: Donald Jacquart; brother: Henry Kudick Jr.; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Elmer Koehler; Betty Kudick; Melvin (Jean) Luedtke; Clarence (Elsie) Luedtke; Florence Luedtke and Irene (Herman) Hanamann.Friends may call after 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 28 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Kewaunee until the time of services. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Michael Sullivan officiating.
