Nancy (Borland) LuppenStory CityNancy (Borland) Luppen passed away peacefully in her sleep at Bethany Manor in Story City, Iowa on Wednesday, July 19th. She was born on September 14, 1943 in Lake City, Iowa to John and Grace (Bergman) Borland. Nancy was preceded in death by her parents as well as several aunts and uncles. Those left to honor her memory are her brother Clark, daughter Debra Luppen, son and daughter-in-law Gary and Martina Luppen and grandchildren Stefan and Christie Luppen, The body will be cremated and there will be no service as per Nancy's wishes.
