Olan Victor FoskeyDelmar-Olan Victor Foskey, age 59, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, March 24, 2017.Victor was born on February 2, 1958 in Delmar and graduated from Delmar High School in 1976. He worked as an expert carpenter for many years.He is survived by his loving mother, Lina Foskey of Delmar; four children, Burt Foskey of Laurel, Brandy Brittingham (Seth) of Laurel, Travis Foskey of Delmar, and Leeroy Foskey of Delmar; grandchildren, Layla, Aaron, Gabriel, Ivy and a granddaughter to be born in August; siblings, Phyllis Townsend (Edward Jr.) of Willards, Carolyn Campbell (Frank) of Berlin, John Foskey (Michelle) of Townsend, Marty Foskey of Felton, Judy Elliott (David) of Laurel, Mary Jane Horseman of Delmar, and Roger Foskey (Kara) of Seaford; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.Victor was preceded in death by his loving father, Roland Foskey; brother, Phillip Foskey; sister, Susan Warner; brothers-in-law, Danny Warner and Gary Horseman, Jr., and sister-in-law, Peggy Foskey.A funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday, March 30, 2017 at Short Funeral Home, 13 E. Grove Street in Delmar. A visitation for family and friends will be held one hour prior to the service.
