Phyllis Anne Bland, 71Muncie - Phyllis Anne Bland, 71, passed away on Saturday, March 25, 2017, at Willowbend Living Center.She was born on February 13, 1946, in Linton, the daughter of Lebert Roy and Flora Mae (Reed) Bland. She attended Eaton High School and graduated from Muncie Central High School. After high school, Phyllis moved to Palm Beach, FL where she worked as a C.N.A. for several years.Phyllis enjoyed making flower arrangements, taking care of birds, the ocean, and photography. Her greatest joys were her family and family gatherings. She moved back to Indiana in 2012 to be closer to her family.Survivors include her father, Lebert Roy Bland; siblings, Jerry Bland of Muncie, David Bland (Kelly) of Fishers, Mona Bell (Larry) of Eaton, Margaret Isenberg of Muncie, Donald Bland (Cita) of Muncie, Joseph Bland of Muncie, Mary Thomas (Joe) of Spring Hill, FL, Dorri Paskiewicz of Ft. Wayne, John Bland of Muncie, Terry Bland (Denise) of Muncie, and Tim Bland; and several nieces and nephews, which were all very special to her.She was preceded in death by her mother and sister, Carol Sue Yingst.Services will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 29, 2017, at The Meeks Mortuary and Crematory, Washington Street Chapel with Pastor Matthew Miller officiating.
