Phyllis Harris originally from Lynchburg, VA passed Tuesday 2/9/2016. She was predeceased by her husband Bruce Harris. She is survived by her daughters Lisa West and her husband Bernard of Chesapeake, Jaime Bradford and her husband Mike of Hertford NC and her son Jim Bernal and her beloved grandchildren and great grandchildren. Funeral services will be private.
