Michael clyde haight, 61 SURING, WI. - Michael Clyde Haight, 61, of Suring, WI., formerly of Freeport died on November 28, 2015 after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born on March 25, 1954 to Betty and Clyde Haight. Mike attended Freeport areas schools. He proudly served in the U.S. Army, stationed overseas for a time. Mike's greatest passion was playing the guitar and singing in several bands including ones in Freeport and Wisconsin. He, and his constant companion, Markey as standard poodle, enjoyed fishing and spending time with friends, including trips back to the Freeport area, Missouri, and Green Bay. Mike is survived by his mother Betty, Brother Ron, sisters Jeanne and Jody, daughter Brigette, several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, who he always thought were special and his faithful dog Markey. He is also survived by this special friends from Misouri, Dennis and Tammy Jacobs. A special thank you to his special friends and angels here on earth for watching over him during his last months, Robert and Mary-Clare Piontek of Green Bay, WI. He was preceded in death by his father Clyde and numerous aunts and uncles. He will be missed dearly by everyone he ever touched, performed for, and talked with. As per Mike's wishes, he will be cremated and his ashes spread at the lake where he lived. There will be no funeral or memorial service.
