Robert E. HornFREMONT: Robert E. Horn, 63, of Fremont, OH passed away on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 surrounded by his family at University of Toledo Medical Center. He was born on September 7, 1953 in Fremont to Eugene and Catherine (Gegorski) Horn. He was a 1972 graduate of Fremont Ross High School and Vangaurd. Bob married Ellen Naderer on February 14, 1977 in Fremont and she survives. He worked at Eveready Battery as a machinist and equipment mechanic until he retired. Bob was a member of Faith Lutheran Church. He enjoyed golf and was an avid NY Yankee and Michigan Wolverine Fan. Bob loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.Bob is survived by his wife of forty years, Ellen Horn, Fremont, OH; daughters, Heather (Sean) Moir, Millbury, OH and Melissa (Henry) Dwight, Walbridge, OH; siblings, Mary Ann (Richard) Keiser and Ben Horn both of Fremont, OH; grandchildren, Samuel Valdez-Moir and Mya Dwight; many nieces and nephews.He was preceded in death by his parents.Visitation: Friday from 2 - 4 pm and 6 - 8 pm at Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory, 425 E.
