Robert J. Gagnon RACINE – Robert J. Gagnon, 75, passed away on Monday, March 18, 2013 at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare – All Saints. Robert was born on November 6, 1937 in Kenosha, the son of the late Merritt and Margarett (nee:Connor) Gagnon. On May 6, 1961, he was united in marriage to Marilee Felbab. She preceded him in death on May 20, 2001. Robert served in the United States Army from 1955 to 1963. He had been a machinist at Twin Disc for 38 years, retiring in 2000. Robert enjoyed taking care of his yard and was proud of being independent. Surviving is his daughter, Michelle Gagnon, son and daughter-in-law, Brett (Michele) Gagnon, grandchildren, Travis and Bailee Gagnon, three brothers, Duke, Alan and Jim Gagnon and a sister, Sally Gross. He is further survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and special nephew and friend, Gary Gemmel. Services will be held at Sturino Funeral Home on Monday, March 25, 2013 at 11 a.m. Robert will be laid to rest at West Lawn Memorial Park. There will be a visitation at the funeral home on Monday, before services from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11.
