Rodney Sweet, beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on December 31, 2025, in Cantonment, Florida, at the age of 68. He was born on September 14, 1957, to his mother Geneva Helen Willover.

Rodney is survived by his two loving children, Kayla Williams (spouse Nick Keech) and Wendy Jazstrab, as well as his seven cherished grandchildren.

He attended Hinsdale High School and went on to have a successful 20-year career as an HVAC worker. In his free time, Rodney enjoyed hunting, fishing, and gardening.

He will be remembered for his infectious smile, sense of humor, and love for his family and friends.

Rodney's passing was due to a long-term illness, but his memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
