Rosendo M. Guerrero, 92, a resident of Santa Clara, NM entered eternal rest Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at Fort Bayard Medical Center. He was born on June 23, 1924 Rosendo and Otilia Guerrero in La Cruz, Chih., Mexico. He is survived by three sons, Gilbert Guerrero and wife Anna of Bayard, NM, Rosario Guerrero and wife Sylvia of San Manuel, AZ and Rosendo Guerrero Jr. and wife Rosa of Elko, NV; two daughters, Vicky Chavez and husband Felix of Tyrone, NM, and Blanca Calderon and husband Martin of Santa Clara, NM; twenty-one grandchildren and fifty-six great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, Rosendo and Oxilia Guerrero; his wife, Marina Guerrero; one son, Israel Guerrero; one daughter, Sylvia Rodriguez; two brothers, Eugenio Guerrero and Trinidad Guerrero; and one sister, Julia Porras.The Guerrero's family would like to thank Fort Bayard Medical Center staff for their hospitality and care for our father. The funeral liturgy will be celebrated on Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at 10am at Santa Clara Catholic Church with Father Robert Becerra officiating.Interment will follow the funeral liturgy at Hurley Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Martin Calderon, Francisco and Gerardo Chavez, Angel and Gilberto Guerrero, and Jorge Rodriguez.
