Salvatore L. La ReddolaAGE: 94 • Toms RiverSalvatore L. La Reddola, age 94 of Toms River, NJ passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at Ocean Medical Center. Salvatore was born on March 23, 1923 to the late Anthony and Frances La Reddola in Brooklyn, NY. Until his retirement in 1988, Salvatore worked as an engineer with AT& T and Lucent Technology for over 33 years. Salvatore is a member of the Telephone Pioneers, during his leisure time, Salvatore enjoyed playing golf, working on his car, gardening and was an avid Jets and Mets fan. His greatest joy was spending time with family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Salvatore is survived by his wife Joan M.(Brown) La Reddola, his 3 sons: Ronald and his wife Pat, Fred Brown and his wife Mary lou and Adam Brown and his wife Beth. Also surviving is his daughter: Dawn Mlotkiewicz and her husband David. He also leaves behind his brother John La Reddola of Pa. and his sister Fannie Ugarte and her husband Vinnie of Fl. 9 Grandchildren and 8 Great grandchildren.Viewing Hours will be offered on Friday from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at Colonial Funeral Home 2170 Hwy. 88 Brick. Funeral Services will be offered on Saturday 10:00am at the Funeral Home. Entombment will follow at St. Catharine's Cemetery in Wall Twsp.
