He was born on March 6, 1944, in Green Bay to Norbert and Helen (Capelle) Joly.Stephen was employed as a truck driver for Fairmont, Kemps, and Marigold Foods, retiring at the age of 55. He enjoyed model planes, golfing, camping, boating, and especially working in the yard. Stephen liked fish aquariums, antiques, and clocks.He was a gentle, meticulous man. Stephen always had his children in mind, and had a soft heart for kids. Stephen donated to , as well as sponsoring children in India and Africa. He loved spending time with his grandchildren.He is survived by his children, Brian James Joly, Maria E. Joly, and David Gerard Joly; grandchildren, Wesly, Chelsy, Haily, Tyler, and Tim; and a great-granddaughter, Lucy; three sisters, Marilyn Joly Hanson, Nanci Joly Calvillo, and Ginnie (Pete) LeMere; three nieces, three nephews, and many cousins and friends.He was preceded in death by his parents.Friends may call at Blaney Funeral Home, 1521 Shawano Ave., from 10 a.m. to 12 noon, Saturday, October 28, followed by the Funeral Service at noon.
