Terry Cooks, 53, of Chicago, Illinois, passed Saturday, May 12, 2018. Terry was born to Leon cooks, and Virgil Perry, May 15, 1964.
Terry graduated from Robison High in 1981. Terry worked at Carpenter.
Terry is survived by 4 children: Terrance rush, Terry cooks, Leon cooks, and Lavetra. He also is survived by 9 grandchildren.
