Toronado "Tory" Barnett, 29, of Hartford, passed away June 25, 2018. Tory was born and raised in Hartford. He was the son of the late Elizabeth Barnett. Tory was a certified Heating and Air Mechanic, on his way to owning his own company.

Tory was a great man, father, brother. many would say, he was very kind, gentle and a giving person who would do anything for anyone. He loved music and being outdoors; football and basketball were his favorite sports. He treasured being in Connecticut but loved to travel; seeing the world from different aspects as he would say! Tory had a wonderful sense of humor and enjoyed making people laugh. However, his greatest joy was his family. Tory was dedicated to his family and friends and he was a proud Father and Uncle. To say he will be missed by his family and friends is an understatement. He meant so much to so many people.

Tory is survived by his five siblings; sister; Tamara Barnett of New Brittain, CT, brother; VaShawn Barnett of Phoenix, AZ, sister; Delicia Barnett of Atlanta, GA, sister; Cory Barnett of Hartford, CT, brother; Oliver Barnett of New Britain, CT, aunt; Eleanor Lamb of Bloomfield, CT, and his son; James Barnett. Calling hours will be held Saturday, July 7, 2018, from 10AM-12PM at the Henry L. Fuqua Funeral Home, 94 Granby St. Bloomfield, Ct. A memorial service will follow beginning at 12PM. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family
