Wava "Eileen" BagentSOUTH ZANESVILLE: Wava "Eileen" Bagent, 86, of South Zanesville, died peacefully at 5:00 a.m. Thur. Nov. 7, 2013 at her daughter's home in Marietta.She was born on April 26, 1927 in Zanesville a daughter of the late Samuel and Lucille Nolan. She was an active member of Trinity United Presbyterian Church where she served as the church secretary for over 30 years, beginning at First United Presbyterian Church and then continuing at Trinity Church.She is survived by two daughters, Holly (Kevin) Hartman of Marietta and Kris (Frederick) Meine of Columbus; one granddaughter, Stephanie; two step-granddaughters, Allison and Arika; two great-grandchildren, Sydney and Trey.In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Bagent, one brother, Loren Nolan, one sister, Leona Bichard, one step-grandson, Frederick Drey Meine.Friends may call from 12:00 Noon until 1:00 p.m. Saturday, November 9, 2013 at Trinity United Presbyterian Church, 830 Military Road, Zanesville. Services will follow at 1:00 p.m. at the church with Dr. James Schumacher officiating and burial will follow at Zanesville Memorial Park.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Genesis Hospice and Palliative Care, 713 Forest Ave., Zanesville, Ohio 43701.William Thompson & Son Funeral Home in White Cottage is handling the arrangements.
