William L. Bair, 58, of Burnside, formerly of Punxsutawney, died on Wednesday, Feb. 1, 2017, at home.He was born on Sept. 13, 1958, in Punxsutawney, the son of the late Blair and Mary (Steel) Bair.He was a laborer in the construction industry.He is survived by a daughter, Heather Bair of Punxsutawney; three brothers, Robert Steel and wife Barbara of Grange, Pa., Roger Bair and wife, Susan of Mayport and Wilbur Bair of Florida; five sisters, Edna Decker of Marion Center, Marie Wood and husband Gene of Punxsutawney, Blanche Parker of Florida, Mary Ann Juart and husband Don of Home and Donna Bressler and husband Mike of Blairsville. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.Friends will be received at the Richard L.
