Wilma SwadenerEAST PEORIA - Wilma Swadener, 89, of East Peoria, IL, formerly of Wetaug, IL, died Friday, November 4, 2016, at Rosewood Care Center in East Peoria.She was born on June 11, 1927, in Wetaug, IL, to Louis and Cora (Severs) Gulley. She married Darrell Hacker in October of 1947. He preceded her in death on September 12, 1955. On November 9, 1962, she married Robert Swadener.Wilma is survived by her husband, Robert of East Peoria; 2 daughters, Debra (Mark) Brown of Ullin, IL, and Cathleen (James) Powers of Peoria Heights, IL; 2 sons, Tommie (Marcella Hall) Hacker of Tamms, IL, and Randall Hacker of Peoria, IL; 12 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Blanche Mize of Villa Ridge, IL, and Nina Goines of Wetaug, IL; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives; and many friends.She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 sisters, 4 brothers and daughter-in-law, Donna Hacker.A visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, November 10, 2016, at Remmert Funeral Home in East Peoria, with a memorial service at 7 p.m., with Rick Liggin officiating. Other visitations will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, November 11, and at 10 a.m. on Saturday, November 12, at Crain Funeral Home in Ullin, IL. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, November 12, 2016, at Crain Funeral Home in Ullin, with Brad Goines and Brent Miller officiating.
