Yolanda D. Holloman, loving mother and grandmother, passed away on September 09/29/2018 at her home. She was born October 17, 1956 and was raised by her parents {deceased} Fred M. and Marie Holloman. Yolanda was preceded in death by one child, a son, Morgan Leal. She is survived   her children: Christian Leal (Becca) of Raymore, MO, Whitney Hooks (Shane) of Kansas City, KS, and Tyler Hooks of Spring Hill, KS; her grandchildren: Jaydn and Taygn Hooks and Havyn, Aspyn, and Knox Leal; her parents, Fred M. and Marie Holloman; and her siblings, Tim Holloman, George Hooks, Megan Swift, Kim Southern (Rob), and Brian Wicke (Yvonne) and a host of neices, nephews, friends and many other loved ones who affectionately considered her family. She will be sorely missed!

Yolanda, known as Yogi by many who loved her, was a kind and selfless woman. Her heart of gold knew no stranger and she spent many years doing anything she could to help others. She was happiest when surrounded by family and friends, and took great pride in her children and grandchildren. Yolanda lived to be Nana to her grandkids and it was rare to see her show up without some sort of treat for them. She also had a great affinity for Dr. Pepper. Yolanda will be missed deeply by all who loved her.

Wake and funeral services to be held at Mt. Zion Baptist Church 417 Richmond Kansas City KS 66101  11:00-12:00pm. Services follow immediately after. 

Repass dinner to follow concluding burial service.
