Our beloved father, Kuen Yung Kuo, peacefully passed away at his home. Born in the serene town of Dalin-Chayi,Taiwan, he embarked on a remarkable journey that took him from Taipei, Taiwan to the United States in 1983. He resided in the vibrant communities of Flushing, New York, and Lawrenceville, Georgia. He was a hardworking man who dedicated himself to providing for our family.
Our father had a deep love for Taiwanese music. The melodies and heartfelt lyrics of Taiwanese songs held a special place in his heart, reminding him of his roots and the cherished memories from his homeland. He would lose himself in the music, singing along with passion and joy.
Retirement brought him back to the familiar streets of Flushing, New York. He cherished the company of family and friends, finding happiness in their laughter and shared experiences. His kind and generous nature touched the lives of those around him.
The memories of our father will forever be treasured in our hearts.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to assist with the expenses incurred during this difficult time. Your support will be deeply appreciated and will help us honor our father's memory in a meaningful way.
May our father find eternal peace, surrounded by the melodies that brought him happiness and the love of those who hold him dear.
