Abigail Brown, 7, of East Alton, Illinois, passed on September 15, 2022. Abigail was born on October 15, 2014. She was an amazing little girl who loved life and everyone in it and everyone who came in contact with her loved her. She was survived in death by her 7 brothers and 3 sisters and her mother Ashley Handegan. She was preceded in death by her grandmother Pamela Harris. Her best friend was her brother Michael Lee Handegan. She loved her aunt and cousins. She was taken from us way too soon by unfortunate circumstances. Service will be held at Mark's Mortuary in woodriver IL on September 17, 2022 followed by a burial at upper alton cemetery in alton IL
